Stubborn son

We just had another check, and she is sort of at 9cm but there is a section of cervix that still hasn't completely thinned out. The nurses tried having Anna lay on her other side to see if that would speed things up, but baby didn't like that much, and seemed to have a happier heartbeat when Anna went back to laying on her left side again. About a half an hour ago we had to fill out some forms, and chose a cute baby hat. I wanted the Green Bay Packer one, so that one wasn't chosen. They were all cute though, and are handmade by volunteers. Grandpa and Grandma Mrdutt arrived 15 minutes ago and are waiting patiently in the waiting area to meet their grandson. As I type this, Anna is finally catching a nap, which is good, because the contraction chart is showing them coming regularly from 1 and a half minutes to 2 minutes.
